Crockpot Creamy Macaroni and Cheese

Image
Another lazy meal for the week. That makes two crockpot meals this week so I would say that's a win! Also, what makes Macaroni and Cheese even more creamy than it already is? Cream Cheese! I can say for almost certain that I've never had Cream Cheese in my Macaroni and Cheese but it is for sure an amazing ingredient! The original recipe for this Slow Cooker Mac and Cheese recipe can be found HERE . See below for my version :) Ingredients: 2 cups elbow noodles 8oz. cream cheese, cut into cubes 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese 1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded 2 cups milk salt, to taste pepper, to taste Directions: Cook pasta according to package directions on the stove. Drain the pasta and immediately add to the slow cooker followed by the rest of the ingredients. Cook on high for two hours. Stir pasta after one and a half hours and then when you are ready to serve. When the cooking time is done, add more cheese on top and set slow cooker to Warm. Serve and enjoy!

If you are in need of a really *easy* and *quick* BBQ Shredded Chicken recipe, you have come to the right place. This was seriously so easy and I was able to get work done while letting it cook in the crockpot. I did add wing sauce to make it a little spicier but you can switch out ingredients based on your taste. If you try this recipe (this one is completely original), please let me know in the comments below! I would love to hear if you changed anything or how you liked this recipe. Ingredients: Sesame buns (we used the BBQ hamburger ones) 4 boneless skinless chicken fillets 1 cup BBQ sauce 1/2 cup Wing Sauce 1/3 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup ketchup Directions: Place chicken breast in a crockpot. Butter the sesame buns. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook sesame buns at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

Bathroom DIY Craft under $25 - "Get Naked" Sign

Image
I randomly bought a "Get Naked" sign for my bathroom about a month ago. It was a wood sign for $19.95 through JANE. It is currently not available but you can put your name on a list for it HERE . I was considering going and buying paint and actually had it in my Amazon cart when I decided to wait. I'm glad I did because I saw an Ad on Facebook for a free color sample from Kelly Moore. I had never been there, didn't know if there was one close by, and figured there were some sort of restrictions. I Googled it and lo-and-behold, there was one less than five minutes from my house! Once I stepped in to Kelly Moore, I decided that I had been missing out on ALOT! When I had the option to actually pick the color I wanted (out of all the paint options on the back wall), I was excited. We have gray as our rug colors and shower curtain in our bathroom so I picked out the perfect gray! I was surprised at how much paint I received....and for FREE!! I don't know ho

Irish Nachos in the Oven + Skillet

Image
I had some extra potatoes and saw this recipe the other day for Irish Nachos. They are pretty much Nachos with potatoes instead of chips and they are so good. I had three servings and Jace who is 8 even had some :) The link takes you to a video HERE but I have the recipe written out below. I also cooked the potatoes like the recipe said to -40 minutes- and the potatoes got burnt so I did them a second time for 35 minutes and they were perfectly crispy. I'm sure oven temperatures vary so I would say to check after 30-35 minutes and keep them in there up to 40. Ingredients: 5 potatoes, sliced into circles 3 pieces of thick bacon Olive Oil basil oregano 1-2 cups of colby jack cheese Additional options: Sour cream, chives, tomatoes Directions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Slice potatoes into circles. Place in a bowl of water and let soak. Place bacon in a pan and cook. Once done cooking, cut into pieces. Move potatoes from the bowl of water to a sheet pan. Drizzle olive
