With Jace gone in Phoenix for the next week and a half, Kevin and I cooked together last night. We made this easy taco mac recipe, the original recipe coming from Alice Kitchen on Facebook . I'll admit, I feel like it's been so long since I've actually cooked. We were using Every Plate for so long and decided to go back to homemade cooking and meals.  This Taco Mac recipe was almost cut in half and there were still leftovers for us to have a whole meal each (4 servings). I have the cutest/funniest story. I sent Kevin to the store to get macaroni pasta shells for dinner. He comes back with a box of macaroni and cheese. He ended up going back for the right pasta but I guess I should have been more specific:) We did change this recipe around a little bit. We added half the beef and half the pasta.
