I think Sunday is going to be our family cooking day. It was so fun to have Kevin and Jace both help me with dinner. Sometimes Jace will help but with Kevin being gone at work all day, Sunday was perfect for all of us to cook together. We made these Steak and Potato Packets in the oven and they were surprisingly good. I'm going to channel my inner Guy Fieri right now - the potatoes and steak were extremely soft, not hard or chewy. The seasonings really made the meal and brought everything together. Recipe inspiration - The Stay at Home Chef . We did not use jalapenos, parsley, rosemary or granulated garlic.
