Noom - Low-Fat Italian Spaghetti and Meatballs

This recipe takes some time so I will say that in advance. It has a lot of ingredients and most are whole wheat or healthier so it does take a second to adjust to it, Jace and I both really liked it. I used onion powder instead of onions, The Social Distancer instead of garlic and parsley, used whole wheat spaghetti noodles and breadcrumbs, and monkfruit in replace of sugar. I also removed the salt. Ingredients: 1 tbsp onion powder 2 tbsp The Social Distancer (garlic, chili flakes, basil, parsley, and salt) from Pinch Spice Market 2/3 cup whole wheat bread crumbs 1/4 cup milk (preferably fat free) 1 egg, lightly beaten 2 tsp Italian Seasoning 1/2 pound ground beef 1/2 pound ground turkey 2 tsp olive oil 2 can tomato sauce 1 can diced tomatoes 2 tbsp monkfruit 2 tbsp Italian Seasoning (for the sauce) 12oz whole wheat spaghetti noodles Directions: Coat a large pan with nonstick spray.
