Spaghetti with Homemade Meatballs

Image
I have told you this over and over but Kevin is SO amazing at coming up with creative ways to make dinner. Last night we made Baked Spaghetti with Homemade Meatballs and even Jace helped. It was pretty easy but took a few steps in order to make this as good as it was. I didn't use a recipe for this one, so the steps will be just me winging it. I only used about 6 ingredients: Spaghetti noodles, spaghetti sauce, Italian seasoning, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and ground beef. First I cooked the spaghetti noodles, al dente, about 10 minutes on the stove (just follow the directions on the box). I then took the ground beef to make the meatballs. Take about a golf size amount of ground beef, form it in a ball, push in and add in the mozzarella cheese and Italian seasoning and then shape the ground beef around it to form into a ball again. This will make mozzarella cheese stuffed meatballs. Jace helped me make these. Once those are done, you are going to sear them. Heat a few table

Brown the meat, onion powder, garlic powder, and seasonings over medium heat. Make sure to break up the meat very well and drain fat. Add pasta sauce, Italian Seasonings and more Basil. Simmer 5-10 minutes uncovered. While it's cooking, make the Spaghetti noodles
