Another day, another chicken recipe. I used to be so picky about chicken but it seems like that's all we eat now. This recipe is for Baked Sesame Chicken Bites, initially from Clean Food Crush and can be found HERE . We switched out gluten free flour to regular flour and eliminated salt as we don't use salt often. Ingredients for the chicken: 1 pound chicken breast cut into cubes Ground pepper to taste 1/4 cup flour 3 eggs 1 cup parmesan cheese 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1/4 cup Sesame seeds (if you would like) Ingredients for the sauce: 1/2 cup coconut aminos 2 tbsp rice vinegar 1/4 cup honey 1 tbsp sesame oil 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 1 tbsp cornstarch 2 tbsp water Directions: Preheat oven to 375 and spray a large cookie sheet with PAM or cooking spray. Crispy Baked Sesame Chicken

I typically fry "crispy" chicken - and not bake - but let me tell you, this Baked Crispy Sesame Chicken recipe changed my mind. I know baking anything is "healthier" than frying anything in a bunch of oil, so this may be my new way of making delicious chicken.  The original Crispy Sesame Chicken recipe is from The Nutritionist Reviews and can be found HERE . I have a few great recipes for you guys coming up and I'm so excited to share them. These past two weeks Kevin and I did a competition of who can lose the most weight. I think he has lost four pounds and I've gained one. I was at my lowest weight in awhile a few days ago but tomorrow is the day when it counts. Also, since work has been super busy this week, we had a cheat day today of pizza so I'm sure that won't help. Earlier this week though we had a few really good meals including this Crispy Honey Sesame Chicken recipe.  This recipe for chicken reminded me a lot of the Korean Fried Chicken that I made the other night. Both are fried and have some of the same ingredients. The Crispy Honey Sesame Chicken recipe was taken from HERE and our version is below. Ingredients for the Chicken: 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch cubes 2 eggs beaten 1/2 cup flour 1/4 cup cornstarch 10oz canola oil for frying Ingredients for the Sauce: 1/3 cup honey 1/4
