No Bake Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

This morning I was in the mood for something a little sweet so I made these protein peanut butter no-bake cookies from Madison who swaps out recipes for healthier ones. I love her recipes so check her out! I'll be honest, these are so different than regular peanut butter cookies but with added protein powder, they are made to fill you up between meals or as a post-workout snack. I used no sugar peanut butter instead of regular peanut butter and used healthier replacements such as almond flour, protein powder and coconut sugar. I had 1-2 of these at a time with a glass of milk. Nothing is more nostalgic than cookies and milk:) Ingredients: 1 cup no sugar added peanut butter 3/4 cup almond flour 1/2 cup Vega vanilla protein powder 2 eggs 1/4 cup coconut sugar Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grilled Chicken Marinade

This recipe originated from a Skillet Chicken Fajita recipe found HERE   I took that recipe and made it my own. Ingredients: Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (3) cut in slices to make fillets or tenders 2 tablespoons olive oil 3 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons orange juice 1/2 of a lime 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon sweet and spicy southwestern mustard 1 tablespoon chili powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon oregano 2 teaspoons liquid smoke Put together marinade by adding 2 tablespoons olive oil in a bowl. Add the 3 tablespoons of brown sugar. Add the 2 tablespoons of orange juice and the 1/2 of a lime. Add 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Add 1 tablespoon sweet and spicy southwestern mustard, 1 tablespoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, and 2 teaspoons liquid smoke.
