If you haven't tried this before, I recommend it. I ate one patty melt within minutes it was so good! Ingredients: 1 pound Ground Beef 2 Tbsp Butter 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 8 Slices White Bread 4 Slices Sharp Cheddar Cheese 4 Slices Provolone Cheese 4 Tbsp Butter, Softened Directions: Divide ground beef into four, thin patties. Heat over medium heat using 1 Tbsp Butter and add two beef patties in a pan. Season each patty with Worcestershire sauce. Cook until patty has browned on both sides and flip over once after five minutes. Remove cooked patties and move to a plate. Wipe skillet clean and spread softened butter onto one side of bread and place onto skilled with the butter side down.
