Mozzarella-Stuffed Meatballs in the Crockpot
Last night we made an easy (yet rather messy) recipe from Tasty . I initially found the video on Facebook and took screenshots of the whole recipe. Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef 2 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 cup bread crumbs 1/4 cup parmesan 2 eggs 1/2 cup whole milk basil, to taste one bottle marinara sauce big mozzarella cheese ball OR mini mozzarella cheese balls Directions: Layer crockpot with marinara sauce at the bottom (half).
