Chimichurri Steak Street Tacos Recipe

I love Fridays because I have more time to write blogs so hopefully today I can get two in. A few nights ago I made these Street Tacos. They were fairly easy to make and really all I did was cook the meat and prepare them but they turned out way better than I expected so I thought I would put together a blog. My sister sent us Mini Soft Taco Street Tacos Flour Tortillas from Amazon Pantry  and they were so perfect for mini tacos! I also bought three beef flaps of chimichurri to use as the meat. I poured some vegetable oil in a pan on the stove and let it sit on medium for about 3-5 minutes. I placed the three pieces of meat in the pan and let it sit for about 2-3 minutes per side. Keep cooking and use the meat thermometer until it reaches 140 for medium and 145 for medium well. Let it sit for a few minutes and then slice into smaller pieces.
