Meatballs Subs

Last night we decided on Meatball Subs. The original recipe can be found HERE from AllRecipes . We made a few slight changes. Although messy, this is definitely one of my top favorite meals. I also made another Instagram Reel video of the subs that you can see here -  https://www.instagram.com/p/CJDEd4sgJ7s/ Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef 3/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs 2 tsp Italian Seasoning 2 tbsp minced garlic 2 tbsp dried parsley 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese 1 egg 1 sourdough french baguette 1 tbsp oil 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 jar spaghetti sauce 3 slices provolone cheese Directions: Spray a baking sheet with PAM or cooking spray. In a medium bowl, mix by hand the ground beef, bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, parsley, Parmesan cheese, and the egg.  Shape into 12 meatballs and place on the baking tray.  Heat oven to 350 degrees. I received the Cravings 2 recipe book from my boyfriend this Christmas and have already enjoyed several recipes including this one! The Cheesy-knife-and-fork Meatball subs were REALLY good but I have to say it probably took 1.5-2 hours to prepare everything, especially since the sauce is made-from-scratch! Everything is so good and we made enough for four servings. Just make sure you plan ahead of time to have time to make everything! Once again, we did change just a few things but overall it was pretty dang amazing!
