Healthy and Delicious Big Mac Salad

We are on day 6 of a healthy diet and this Big Mac Salad was a HUGE hit in my house. Kevin and I loved it! The original recipe can be found HERE . Our version of the Big Mac Salad is below! Enjoy! Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef 1/2 tablespoon onion powder 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon oregano  1/8 teaspoon chili pepper 12 ounces lettuce and spring mix 2 spears dill pickes, diced 10 mini tomatoes, halved 3/4 cup cheddar cheese Salt and pepper to taste Dressing: 2 tablespoons tomato paste 3 tablespoons water 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup sour cream 1/8 teaspoon ground oregano 1/8 teaspoon dried basil 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper 2 packs of low carb sweeter pepper and salt to taste Directions: For dressing, dilute tomato paste in water and add sweetener. Add mayonnaise and sour cream. Add oregano, basil, salt and pepper and whisk. Set aside. In a skilled, spray and add ground meat, garlic powder and onion powder. Once browned, add oregano, salt, and
