Savvy with Abbie: Hi, I’m Abbie! I’m a 39-year-old writer, blogger, and lover of food and books, living in California. Writing has always been my form of self-expression. After losing my father, a firefighter/paramedic, in 2003, I turned to writing as a way to heal. My first book, published in 2015, is a tribute to my dad and his legacy. Through writing about him, I discovered the power of storytelling.
