Hibachi Chicken Fried Rice

Image
One final Sunday recipe - Hibachi Chicken Fried Rice. This was an amazing Fried Rice recipe . We added chicken, eliminated green onion, used less olive oil and used garlic powder in place of garlic. If you are looking for a fairly easy meal that is delicious, this is the one for you!  Ingredients: Boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into pieces 2 large eggs, beaten 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp garlic powder 2 cups cooked white rice 3 tbsp organic soy sauce Directions: Heat a wok or pan over medium-high heat. Add 1 tbsp olive oil. Add chicken pieces and stir fry 5-7 minutes or until cooked and no longer pink. Move to a plate.  Add 1 tbsp olive oil and add eggs. Cook and stir eggs until cooked through, 1-2 minutes (or less).  Add chicken back in as well as garlic powder.  Mix in cooked rice and cook until 1-2 more minutes. Add soy sauce until rice mixture is evenly coated, about 3 minutes. Enjoy!

If you make this, comment below. I thought this was so good and would highly recommend! 5-Stars from my family!  Ingredients: 3 tbsp vegetable oil 2 large eggs, beaten 2 tsp ground ginger 2 tsp garlic powder 2 cups (or one bag) frozen vegetables (thawed) 2 cups cooked brown rice 2 1/2 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce 1 large chicken breast, cut into chunks Directions: Start with making the chicken first. Use 1 tbsp of vegetable oil and let it sit in a wok or skillet for a few minutes to get hot.
