Place cracker crumbs and pepper in one bowl and eggs in another bowl. Dip chicken in egg mixture and then crumb mixture to coat. Arrange chicken on a baking dish. Scatter butter around chicken. Bake the chicken for 10-12 minutes. While cooking, preheat the Air Fryer on 400 degrees. Transfer the chicken from the oven to the Air Fryer and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
