Sheet Pan Sausage Potato Broccoli Meal

Well we have some positive news about our living situation. We are for sure planning on staying at Kevin's Mom's house for two weeks or maybe less. We did get approved for an apartment in Atascadero which I absolutely loved and it would save us a few hundred dollars every month. We are really stuck on this one in Bradley though and she is still in the process of approving us. If she approves us, we will take that one, if not, we will probably take the Atascadero one unless something pops up in between then. I'm still stressed out though because we are moving in 4 days and have a lot to do still! Since we are moving and don't want to do as many dishes, I will probably make dinner for one or two more nights here before we leave so I'm not sure how often I will be sharing blog posts. Last night I made this Sheet Pan Sausage Potato and Broccoli meal. Between Kevin, Jace and I, we ate all of it! The original recipe can be found HERE . I was low on potatoes so I used ab

Today is Wednesday and as of Monday, I am down 2.4 pounds in two days. If you have been following my blog, you probably know that my boyfriend and I love food. I love to cook. I love bacon. I love cheese. But I have also been gaining weight. SO my boyfriend and I decided we want to change up the way we eat. Yesterday I made these "Iceburgers" which are the cheeseburgers with lettuce instead of hamburger buns. There was also a little bit of ranch dressing. It turned out REALLY good, especially if you love cheeseburgers, bacon, and everything that goes with that! Ingredients: 1 head of iceberg lettuce 4 slices of bacon 1 tablespoon onion powder 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon italian seasoning 1 pound ground beef Salt Pepper 5 slices of cheese 1 tomato 5 tablespoons ranch dressing Directions: Slice 5 large rounds from th

So, a funny story. Yesterday my cousin and I were talking about all of the non-healthy food recipes that have been on my blog and thought we should rename my blog "Cheese and Carbs" or "Carbs and Cheese" and then, all of the sudden, I make a decently healthy recipe. I made this recipe a few nights ago from Tasty (which, by the way, I LOVE their recipes! I even have their cookbook) and it's a One Pot Chicken and Brocolli Pasta. Yes, this does have cheese, but overall, it's chicken and brocolli. I feel like this is one of the better recipes I have made. Ingredients: Vegetable Oil 2 chicken breasts, cubed 1 teaspoon salt pepper, to taste onion powder, to taste frozen broccoli, half a bag 3 cups milk 12oz bowtie pasta 1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded More cheese on top Directions: Heat oil in a big pan. Add in the cubed chicken, season with salt, pepper, and season salt if you would like, and cook. Once th
