IntelliDent Review - Toothbrush Shield

The last few months have been highly chaotic. Unfortunately, my toothbrush has been the last thing on my mind. I have found my toothbrush on my bathroom counter, on my kitchen counter, in plastic bags, in my suitcase, and in my bathroom drawer. Every time I found my toothbrush, it was not protected with a plastic cap or in my toothbrush holder. I cannot imagine all of the germs that have been on my toothbrush lately. Luckily I found IntelliDent and their Toothbrush Shield which helps to replace plastic covers and eliminates germs after use. This product was super easy to use (as demonstrated in the photos below). With my Toothbrush Shields, I received a simple card that explained how-to-use the shields and why they were created. The Toothbrush Shield packet contained one shield. I opened the packet and placed it over my toothbrush to help protect against germs. Losing Weight Goals - January 2016

On Monday August 24, 2015, I went to the doctor and she said the scale cannot go up. I have been working hard at losing weight. I weighed in at 153lbs at the doctors office. After that, there were two reasons why I wanted to lose weight. One was obviously for my health and the other was because I was going to Hawaii over my birthday a month ago. I ended up not going to Hawaii because of how sick I was, but health has still been my focus and goal. Below is my weight information and the changes. As of today, January 3, I weigh 144 pounds. My scale and the doctors scale is about three pounds apart. My goal this year is to be down to 130. I know I can do it and I have done it before. Being vulnerable and opening up about my weight is the only realistic way that I can lose weight. The most I weighed last year was 155 pounds. Thanksgiving is a day to analyze your life, the blessings, the amazing people in your life, your health, food, etc. and although I am grateful for all of that, I also see it as a day to analyze my life and where I want to be. Everyday must be Thanksgiving if that's the case :) Yes, this is another blog about the men in my life. And love. And everything I want and need in my life. One of my weaknesses, I would say, is that I do want to find someone to date/marry and sometimes that comes across as desperate/needy/going way too fast. I literally am just realizing this now. Once I hang out with someone, build that connection, and things are good, instead of just "going with the flow", I try and pry and see how the other person feels and where the other persons head is at. Turning 30 next week, I'm realizing the older I get, the more I realize I don't want to waste time. I will not date or hang out or talk to someone on a consistent basis if I don't see things go
