Cheesy Meatball Bake with Pasta

For those who don't know, we are staying with Kevin's Mom until June 10th and then we are moving into the house with the lake views that we wanted in Bradley! We are so excited to move! In the meantime, we have been switching off with making dinner between Kevin's Mom and I and even Kevin! In fact, he is the one who made this meatball recipe. He is such an amazing cook and loves meatballs so I had him make this Cheesy Meatball Bake recipe from Tasty ! As always, we tend to either not-include certain ingredients or we don't have ingredients handy. Instead of using 1 lb ground beef and 1 lb hot italian sausage we only used the ground beef. We also didn't have breadcrumbs so replaced those with Saltines. And instead of garlic we used Ingredients - this made about 16 meatballs: 1 lb ground beef 1/2 cup parmesan cheese 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp Goyo Adobo seasoning 1 tbsp Mrs. Dash seasoning 1/2 tsp pepper 1 cup Saltine Crackers, crumbled 2 eggs 1 cup milk 1 tbsp o

Baked Ground Beef Stroganoff Casserole

A few weeks ago I made this Baked Stroganoff Casserole. Now I have to preface this by saying that I am not a huge fan of Stroganoff but I've noticed that everything tastes better when baked. The original recipe was found HERE . We changed a few things up to our liking. The full recipe is below. If you try this recipe and like it, please let me know! :)                                     Ingredients: 8oz egg noodles 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 lb ground beef Salt, pepper to taste Onion powder, to taste Garlic powder, to taste 3 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons flour 2 1/2 cups beef broth 3/4 cup sour cream 1 tablespoon mustard 1 + 3/4 cups shredded cheese (plus more if you would like) Directions: Cook the egg noodles for one minute less than instructed on the package. Drain and set aside. Heat the oil over medium heat on the stove. Add the ground beef, salt, and pepper and cook all the way through. Remove the beef and set aside and leave the grease in the pan.
