Last night's dinner was delicious Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes. I had Steak Strips already thawed out and a few potatoes left over so this was perfect! The full recipe could be found HERE . We made our own recipe and everyone loved it here: Ingredients for steak and potatoes: Flank steak potatoes, quartered olive oil (as much as needed) 3 tablespoons butter Garlic Powder Herbs (Rosemary, Oregano, Basil) Fresh pepper Red Chili Pepper Flakes Ingredients for the marinade: 1/3 cup soy sauce olive oil fresh cracked pepper Directions: In a large bowl, combine the steak strips with soy sauce, olive oil, and pepper. Let sit and marinate for 10-20 minutes while you cook the potatoes. In a large skillet over medium-high, mix 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter. When butter is melted, add the potatoes. Cook for about 4 minutes, stir and cook an additional 4-5 minutes until potatoes are golden. I had to add more butter and olive oil to make sure the the pota
