I started a full-time job two days ago and I'm quite surprised that I have still made the time to cook every night. I am trying to learn more about work/life balance and I have already taken a webinar about parenting and making time to separate yourself from work and focusing on your children, spouse, and others around you.  Although I have still had time for cooking, I have been putting blogging off so I'm going to try and do better. I made this recipe last night and we used the twice baked potato filling (I'll share that recipe next) as a heated up side and it was amazing. If you have read any of my food blogs, you would know that I am very picky when it comes to chicken breast recipes. 20 Minute Juicy Oven Baked Chicken Breast Recipe - Super Easy

On a scale of 1-Easy, this is probably one of the easiest chicken recipes I have made (besides the crockpot recipes that you just leave in until it's done). This one does have a few steps to it but you will probably have all of the seasonings in your pantry and the chicken was done in 20 minutes. This recipe originally was from HERE and our version is below. When I say this is juicy chicken, it *really* was! And after it was cooked, I took some of the sauce in the pan and poured over the chicken and it made it even better. We also added asparagus and white rice as sides. Ingredients: 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast olive oil 3 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp chili powder 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp cumin Directions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
