What a long and busy week this week. Typically, I go into town or do errands once a week, if that. This week was just a constant busy week of preparing for my family to come into town and getting Jace back from his Nana's. We went to Camarillo and back last weekend, I took Jace to his first concert (TI and Nelly) on Monday, we had a cleaning lady here on Wednesday as well as a guy who put up our trampoline, and today I took Jace to get his haircut, went to the UPS store and did some returns and did a grocery pickup. This upcoming week will be busy as my sister will be staying with us so I have the swimming pool to fill up and the house to clean. Phew. I'm going to try to catch up on blogs as much as I can in the meantime. Guyssss! Tonight I made this Air Fryer Chicken Breast - it had a little bit of spice and the PERFECT flavor! (Thanks babe for finding this recipe!)! The original recipe can be found HERE . It was easy but there was quite the adjustment of finding the right time in the Air Fryer to make it perfect. Below is our version! Just for reference, I use the Emeril Air Fryer (Thanks Nana!) Ingredients: 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon onion powder 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper Directions: Slice chicken breasts in half, horizontally. Brush each side with olive oil. Stir together the breading ingredients. Dip the chicken breasts in the breading mixture until they are fully coated. Shake off excess breading and place in air fryer basket, 2 chicken breast halves at a time. We cooked ours 4 minutes on one side, flipped, four more minutes
