A few days ago we made Bang Bang Chicken for the first time. I must admit, it had a very...different....taste at first, and it took a second to get used to. But once I started eating more and more, I couldn't stop. Jace ate seconds and Kevin ate his entire plate. Jace was already asking for more two days later. Here is what I posted/shared on the Reel: Tonight Jace and I made Bang Bang Chicken and I learned two things. . 1. This chicken is amazing and I will make it again 2. Creamy Crockpot Chicken and Rice

Since I spent three days at my cousin's house earlier this week, all we did was eat Buffalo Wild Wings, cookies, Spaghetti and other amazing food. Last night was back to cooking for me. I wanted to make something simple and so I chose the Crockpot Chicken and Rice. The original recipe can be found HERE and I made a few changes below. I am very picky with chicken recipes because usually the recipes end up with dry chicken. My new favorite chicken recipes have been creamy and this one was no different. So good!
