Baked Chicken Parmesan

Last night, alongside the Garlic Butter Rolls , I made this baked Parmesan Chicken. I've made a lot of Parmesan Chicken recipes in my life (see below) but this one was probably one of the best ones I have made. It seems like with baked chicken I either cook it too long or not as much as I should but I was able to find the perfect time for this one (different than the original recipe). The original recipe was from Yummly HERE . Ingredients: - 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in half, horizontally - 1 1/4 tsp salt (1 tsp for chicken and 1/4 tsp for breading) - 1/2 tsp pepper - 1/3 cup flour - 1 egg - 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan Cheese - PAM or cooking spray - 12oz marinara sauce Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with PAM or cooking spray and set aside. Cut chicken in half and season both sides with salt and pepper. Get three medium bowls - place flour in one, beat the egg in one, and in the 3rd o

I feel like it's been awhile with blogging - I have the intention of blogging and then things get in the way and life gets back to busy. Even working 16 hours a week, I still feel like my life is way busier than usual. Lately I have been doing product reviews for companies to earn some extra money and I have 14 product reviews written down. So these past few weeks, besides moving and still unpacking, I have been playing catch-up on reviewing and enjoying products. I also finally heard back from unemployment but I had to send them some paperwork in the mail because I think I accidentally inputted wrong information when I filed my claim. So life's been fun LOL. I have been cooking more and I am hoping to put together two blogs today, fingers crossed! This first recipe I made last night and it was Baked Chicken Parmesan with Spaghetti Noodles. This recipe was SUPER easy to make and I only used two large boneless, skinless, chicken breasts. The original recipe was from Skinny Tas

I haven't been feeling too well the past few days but still managed to make dinner tonight (last night we did Taco Bell - I know, so much for a diet! But I still am almost at my lowest weight since June 28th so a little taco didn't hurt). Tonight we had Chicken Parmesan with Pasta in the Cast-Iron Skillet. The original recipe was found HERE and our own version is below. There are three appliances that I LOVE and I know I have mentioned this before - my crockpot, my cast-iron skillet and my air fryer! Such is life as an adult, right?! Anyways, this recipe wasn't super hard and not at all time consuming. It took me maybe 30 minutes to make this. I would say difficulty level was Medium. It required more steps but not a lot of time. I will definitely be making this again. I especially love the pasta! We only had macaroni shells and it worked perfectly. I cooked it to tender and just added Parmesan cheese, vegetable oil, and pepper. I laid the chicken on top of it. Deliciou
