Three-Cheese Monterey Baked Chicken
If you are looking for a creative way to eat your chicken, this is it. I will admit that I've had a lot of dry chicken in the past so sometimes I have a hard time finding a good chicken recipe. This Baked Monterey Chicken recipe originally came from Love Bakes Good Cakes but our recipe is below. We omitted a few things and made it our own. So delicious 😋😋 Ingredients: -Five boneless, skinless chicken breasts -Olive Oil -Salt and Pepper -1/2 cup BBQ Sauce -1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese -1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese -1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese -Nine slices of bacon Directions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish. Brush both sides with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes. While it's baking, cook bacon on the stove and set aside.
