Garlic Chicken Herb White Pizza

Image
Last night Jace and I made this Garlic Chicken Herb White Pizza and it turned out really well. We ended up making two smaller pizzas and 1.5 pound pizza dough instead of 1 pound. I have been looking for pizza dough so I could make this recipe the past few weeks. I haven't been able to find it so I finally asked a really nice cashier at the market and she found some in the frozen section - three 1 lb dough that you can use for pizza, cinnamon rolls, etc and I thawed it out the night before and followed the directions in this recipe and it was super easy. Jace helped to roll out the dough and it was easier than I thought, just a little messy ;) The original recipe can be found HERE . Ingredients: 1.5 pounds pizza dough (divided in half for each pizza) 1 tbsp butter 2 tbsp garlic powder 2 tbsp flour 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup half and half 1/4 cup parmesan cheese 1 1/2 cup boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded (although I used way less than thi

Salsa Verde Chicken Casserole

I've had Salsa Verde Before but never in a Chicken Casserole form. It was pretty good! This recipe called for Cream Cheese which is different than how I normally make it. The original recipe was found HERE . Our changes are below. Ingredients: 4 medium boneless skinless chicken breasts 8 oz cream cheese, softened 1 cup salsa verde Mozzarella cheese (almost one bag) The Marinade: Garlic Powder 1 tablespoon Olive Oil Red Pepper Flakes 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning Pepper Directions: Add olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a ziploc bag. Seal the bag and shake until mixed. I didn't measure the garlic powder, red pepper flakes or pepper. I just put some in the tab and mixed it until it was good. Add the chicken breast, seal, and massage so the chicken is covered in the marinade. Turn the oven on to 400 degrees. Arrange the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Spread the cream cheese over the chicken and season with pepper
