I can't say it enough about an Air Fryer - literally the best! I use it probably twice a week. Guyssss! Tonight I made this Air Fryer Chicken Breast - it had a little bit of spice and the PERFECT flavor! (Thanks babe for finding this recipe!)! The original recipe can be found HERE . It was easy but there was quite the adjustment of finding the right time in the Air Fryer to make it perfect. Below is our version! Just for reference, I use the Emeril Air Fryer (Thanks Nana!) Ingredients: 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon onion powder 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper Directions: Slice chicken breasts in half, horizontally. Brush each side with olive oil. Stir together the breading ingredients. Dip the chicken breasts in the breading mixture until they are fully coated. Shake off excess breading and place in air fryer basket, 2 chicken breast halves at a time. We cooked ours 4 minutes on one side, flipped, four more minutes
