Air Fryer Popcorn Chicken

Image
This Air Fryer Popcorn Chicken recipe from Skinny Taste was so easy to make a huge hit for our family. Everyone wanted seconds (and thirds!) I always eliminate salt out of our recipes as we are focusing on low or no sodium. If you make this, let me know in the comments below! Ingredients: 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs 2-3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced 2 tbsp flour 1 large egg 2 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp onion powder 1 tsp dried oregano 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper pepper for taste PAM spray  Directions: Add oil to a medium skillet on medium and add panko. Toast panko for 4 minutes until golden, stirring every 30 seconds (this made the chicken SO good and you can taste the toasted panko when you air fry it). Transfer crumbs to a plate. Cut chicken into cubes and season with pepper. You should have about 60 cubes.  Place flour on a large plate. In a bowl, place the egg and 1 tsp water and beat until uniform. In another bowl, add the garlic powder, onion pow

The other night my goal was to make Chicken Fried Chicken and I went to the store and got everything I needed.....except the oil. Oh my word. So we decided to combine two different recipes. The coating is from a Chicken Fried Steak recipe that was from the Food Network  HERE . We ended up air frying it since we didn't have oil. The full Air Fryer Fried Chicken recipe is below.  Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups milk 2 eggs 2 cups flour 2 tsp seasoned salt pepper and salt, to taste 3/4 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in half and then sliced thin One packet of mashed potatoes, made by following packet One packet of gravy, made by following packet Directions:  Mix the milk and eggs in one bowl. In another bowl, mix the flour, season salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne.  Sprinkle chicken lightly with salt and place in the flour mixture. Place into the milk/egg mixture and then back in the flour mixture. Place the chicken in a 390 degree, preheated

Air Fryer Teriyaki Chicken

You guys! We made it through 2020! This is my final blog before the new year because I head to Utah the day after Christmas for almost a week. Well I'm glad I can end the blog off on a high note because this Teriyaki Chicken was so good. I made this for my boys a few nights ago and it did take some adjusting with the Air Fryer and all Air Fryers are different so I would look at your manual or Google the correct times for chicken for your specific air fryer. I have the Emeril one and I did three different batches in my Air Fryer. The first batch I did 370 degrees for 15 minutes and then flipped them over for 8 more minutes and the chicken was too hard. I then did 360 degrees for 15 minutes and then flipped them over for 8 more minutes and still kinda hard but better and then my last batch was 350 degrees for 15 minutes and then flipped over for 15 minutes and it was much better so you just have to kind of experiment a little bit. The original recipe was from Mommy Hates Cooking and

Easy and Delicious Chicken Parmesan in the Air Fryer

I can't say it enough about an Air Fryer - literally the best! I use it probably twice a week. Initially I wasn't going to write a blog post about our delicious Parmesan Chicken dinner last night, but after eating it and seeing it and smelling it, I decided to last second :) We had ours with French Style Green Beans and rice. The original recipe was from Skinny Taste (I can't link the recipe because the website isn't working correctly). Ingredients: 6 tablespoons breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese, shredded 1/2 cup marinara sauce 2 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese 2 chicken breasts, cut in half Directions: Preheat Air Fryer to 400 degrees (I use the Emeril Air Fryer) and let it run for about 10 minutes. While its preheating, slice a chicken breast in half. Combine mozzarella cheese and breadcrumbs together in a small bowl. Melt butter in a bowl for 30 seconds. Dip one piece of chicken in butter and breadcrumb mixture. Place in a bowl in the Air Fr

Keto Air Fryer Chicken Tenders

So first of all I have to say that I have reached 100,000 readers! ðŸŽ‰ðŸŽ‰ I never thought that would be an option when I first started my blog. I also said that my next blog would be a giveaway and trust me, it's in the works :) I also have a Christmas Gift Idea blog in the works as well so I have not forgotten! I made these delicious Air Fryer Chicken Tenders tonight and I couldn't wait to share. I haven't been eating the best and, because of that, I have been maintaining my weight the last four days (still down 6.2 pounds though!). I went to make these Chicken Tenders a few nights ago and I found a bug in the chicken ðŸ¤®ðŸ¤® so here is the actual recipe that turned out. I cut the tenders into pieces and added it to a salad. It was so good! I also added tomatoes, Classic Ranch, lettuce, and cut up cheese sticks. ðŸ˜‹ Ingredients: -6 chicken tenderloins (I had two large boneless, skinless chicken breasts and sliced them) -1 cup almond flour -Salt and Pepper, to taste -1

Guyssss! Tonight I made this Air Fryer Chicken Breast - it had a little bit of spice and the PERFECT flavor! (Thanks babe for finding this recipe!)! The original recipe can be found HERE . It was easy but there was quite the adjustment of finding the right time in the Air Fryer to make it perfect. Below is our version! Just for reference, I use the Emeril Air Fryer (Thanks Nana!) Ingredients: 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon onion powder 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper Directions: Slice chicken breasts in half, horizontally. Brush each side with olive oil. Stir together the breading ingredients. Dip the chicken breasts in the breading mixture until they are fully coated. Shake off excess breading and place in air fryer basket, 2 chicken breast halves at a time. We cooked ours 4 minutes on one side, flipped, four more minutes
