Blue Caribbean Margarita
Yesterday was Cinco de Mayo, or Cinco de "Mario" as we like to call it. May 5th is my Dad's birthday but he unfortunately passed away in 2003. This holiday is usually a celebration of his life combined with any excuse to have Mexican food. 😛 I'm definitely no bartender and only drink maybe once every 3-4 months so this was in no way, shape or form fancy. In fact, I just used regular cups and a blender. This recipe was super easy to make and delicious. We ran out of lime juice so we used the peaches with syrup in it and it was so good you guys.
