What a crazy Saturday! I made this Healthy General Tsos Chicken recipe (not realizing that it was originally a slow cooker recipe) and turned it into a stovetop recipe. It turned out so good. I was going to prepare rice and broccoli but Jace and Kevin just had noodles with theirs. This chicken is legit and, although it took awhile to make, it was. SO. GOOD. And very unhealthy, I know. It's hard to balance healthy eating with non-healthy eating but everything homemade is better. Ingredients for the Chicken: -2 pounds boneless chicken thighs, cut into 3/4 inch pieces -1 large egg white, beaten until frothy -2 tsp soy sauce -1 tbsp white cooki
