Easy Slow Cooker Ribs
It still may be over 100 degrees here still, but I will do anything to make an easy crockpot meal. These ribs were really good, they fell off the bone, and cooked perfectly with the right amount of flavor. I tried making these a few weeks ago but unfortunately the ribs we purchased smelled really, really bad. Just a word of advice, the ribs aren't supposed to smell. If they do, do not use them. I ended up getting a refund thank goodness and couldn't wait to reorder them to make this recipe. As you can see from the photos, the ribs were massive. I definitely didn't need to buy as many as I did but I did end up breaking them so they fit in the crockpot easier. It was a little bit difficult adding the seasoning and sauce on ribs that were so large, but it worked. For future reference, I will be putting the ribs in a pan instead of on a baking sheet. The liquid unfortunately poured off the sides and with a pan, it will allow the liquid to stay in and around the ribs. I suggest
