I received the Cravings 2 cookbook as a Christmas gift from my boyfriend and this is the second recipe that I made. I think the photos in the cookbook were more beautiful than mine but overall, it was pretty good. I made the dressing and decided not to use it after all. I received the Cravings 2 recipe book from my boyfriend this Christmas and have already enjoyed several recipes including this one! The Cheesy-knife-and-fork Meatball subs were REALLY good but I have to say it probably took 1.5-2 hours to prepare everything, especially since the sauce is made-from-scratch! Everything is so good and we made enough for four servings. Just make sure you plan ahead of time to have time to make everything! Once again, we did change just a few things but overall it was pretty dang amazing!
