Baked Chicken Parmesan
Last night, alongside the Garlic Butter Rolls , I made this baked Parmesan Chicken. I've made a lot of Parmesan Chicken recipes in my life (see below) but this one was probably one of the best ones I have made. It seems like with baked chicken I either cook it too long or not as much as I should but I was able to find the perfect time for this one (different than the original recipe). The original recipe was from Yummly HERE . Ingredients: - 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in half, horizontally - 1 1/4 tsp salt (1 tsp for chicken and 1/4 tsp for breading) - 1/2 tsp pepper - 1/3 cup flour - 1 egg - 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan Cheese - PAM or cooking spray - 12oz marinara sauce Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
