Red + Blue Vodka Jello Cups for 4th of July
I decided a few days ago that I wanted to make these Jello Shots for the 4th of July. Can you believe that I've never had jello shots? I searched high and low for 2oz "shot" containers and couldn't find any that would deliver last second or be here by the 4th so I just made them in plastic cups and used a spoon to eat the jello. Pretty good, Kevin and I both decided that we liked the blue jello the best. The original recipe can be found here . The only thing I would recommend is letting the first layer sit longer than an hour. We also couldn't find white gelatin, just pink, but because the blue didn't sit, the pink and blue basically combined together. We also didn't have lemon extract so we just eliminated that altogether. Still good and plenty leftover! Hope you all had a wonderful 4th!
