Slow Cooker Crack Chicken

Crack chicken is so good (and addicting, hence "crack") so I saved this recipe to have for both lunch and dinner. I can't say it's the healthiest, but it IS delicious. Inspiration is from Wholesome Yum. It was only Kevin and I eating this one so portions were much smaller. I also used The Social Distancer from Pinch Spice Market (it is now called Buffy's Slayer Helper) in place of some of the herbs and seasonings, and I used light cream cheese and reduced fat cheddar cheese to adapt to what I eat on Noom. We also did not use green onions. Using Noom has taught me how to take regular foods that I eat and adapt them so they are a little bit healthier (ie: use "light" or "reduced fat" when possible). I also like using the Social Distancer because it has a group of seasonings altogether in one bag (garlic, parsley, salt, and basil) so it adds more flavor.

Ingredients:
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp Pinch Spice Market The Social Distancer
1 tbsp dried Dill Weed
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
10oz Light Cream Cheese
1 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
4 slides of bacon (cooked and chopped)

Directions:
In a crockpot, add the chicken breasts in a single layer. Sprinkle the chicken with the herbs and spices. Arrange the pieces of cream cheese over the chicken.

Cook the chicken for 3-4 hours on high until the chicken is easy to shred.

Shred the chicken and mix with the cream cheese. Stir in the cheddar cheese and bacon.

Serve with rice.

ENJOY! (and try not to eat too much)
