Hibachi Chicken Fried Rice

One final Sunday recipe - Hibachi Chicken Fried Rice. This was an amazing Fried Rice recipe. We added chicken, eliminated green onion, used less olive oil and used garlic powder in place of garlic. If you are looking for a fairly easy meal that is delicious, this is the one for you!

Ingredients:
Boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into pieces
2 large eggs, beaten
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 cups cooked white rice
3 tbsp organic soy sauce

Directions:
Heat a wok or pan over medium-high heat. Add 1 tbsp olive oil. Add chicken pieces and stir fry 5-7 minutes or until cooked and no longer pink. Move to a plate.

Add 1 tbsp olive oil and add eggs. Cook and stir eggs until cooked through, 1-2 minutes (or less).

Add chicken back in as well as garlic powder.

Mix in cooked rice and cook until 1-2 more minutes. Add soy sauce until rice mixture is evenly coated, about 3 minutes. Enjoy!
