Keto Pepperoni Bites
Keto Pepperoni Bites are the easiest snack that you and your kids will love! They are basically mini pizzas. Jace ate a few (and he loved them) and I ate the rest because, well, they were delicious! The original recipe can be found HERE and our recipe is adapted below :)
Ingredients:
30 slices of pepperoni (3 per mini bite)
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup pizza sauce
Basil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Take three pepperonis and push down into one mini muffin tin, forming a bowl (I had to press a few times for it to stay). Bake pepperonis for five minutes until crispy. Remove and use a towel to absorb the grease. Spoon pizza sauce into each bowl/cup and place shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Cook for 5-6 more minutes. Remove from pan and garnish with basil.
